stayed at preston nashville airport and had a wonderful time. from the 11th floor, the view was gorgeous. the a/c kept the room quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was lovely. all staff were super kind and courteous. the hotel had an adorable vibe and the breakfast menu was surprisingly great. the prices were reasonable and the portions generous. a great place to relax before and after doctor appointments at vanderbilt.

It's a stunningly beautiful and clean hotel, rooms are reasonably spacious and well-designed. Staff is superbly friendly and you can park your car on site.

The room was exceptionally clean and fashionable with a king bed. Particularly good and decent location close to the restaurant in the evening, downtown, and several tourist areas, I felt safe.

The staff, especially Katrina at the front desk, were incredibly friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was quick and all questions were promptly answered. The hotel provided shuttle service within 20 minutes of our call, making transportation hassle-free. The hotel also offered helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities to enhance our stay. an absolutely amazing experience!

The rooms look old and the curtains seemed worn out and almost falling apart, which was slightly disappointing.

I found that the mattresses may need an update as the one in my room, located on the 3rd floor, was relatively thin, and the coils could be felt. While the room had a charming framed photo of Dolly, the bathroom issues such as a squeaking bathtub were a letdown considering the room's spaciousness.
